Coloured Raine Matte Lip Paint: Vanity Raine

The formula of this liquid lipstick is awesome it is opaque and dries super fast, not patchy or sticky and true to color. Wears all day with minor touch ups with eating and drinking.  This is a beautiful vibrant red that is suitable for all skin tones. My search is over for the perfect matte red in liquid lip form. This has been my go to, and I am glad I bought a back up when I purchased this on sale from Ricky's NYC. The formula is similar to LaSplash mousse liquid lipsticks but not as dry. 

Buyer Beware

If you put on too much it can be drying on the lips and start to peel, so don't go too nuts on the application. Also wait for it to dry completely before touching or pressing your lips together.

Dose of Colors Kiss of Fire

Dose of Colors Kiss of Fire matte lipstick is fast drying and transfer proof. However the coverage is patchy and uneven and it takes about a minute or two for the pigmentation to set. But once it does, watch out! Despite its short comings I really like this color and the formula, which reminds me of a stain, because it has a light weight consistency and feel on the lips. Dose of colors liquid lipsticks advertise as vegan, cruelty free, gluten free, and paraben free, which is always a plus. I get at least 8 hour wear without eating or drinking. $18.00USD

Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Underage Red, is a beautiful opaque quick drying true matte red. I love it. Kat Von D's liquid lipstick formula is by far the best in terms of pigmentation and longevity. Reapplication is only needed after eating and drinking. Otherwise you will get 8 hour wear out of these lipsticks. The coverage is smooth and not patchy and it dries down very quickly. All products are vegan and cruelty free. $20.00USD

This nail polish has a creme finish and is slightly sheer.

For those of you who are looking for an inexpensive red nail polish. This baby hits all the right spots. Very comparable to other high end brands out there. But a fraction of the cost, $1.99. This nail color lives up to it's name, Cherry. I recommend a base coat, two coats, and Jordana Quick Dry Top Coat. Manicure should last at least 3 days without chipping.
