NYX Butter Lipsticks: Big Cherry, Razzle, Lollies

Review

 These are suppose to be full coverage hydrating lipsticks. However I found them to be patchy runny and easy to rub off. In other words this review has already been compromised, but let me explain. These Butter lipsticks got rave reviews and I read as many of them as I could even looked at swatches. But for some reason I could not get these to work for me. My favorite out of the three is Razzle, it leaves a nice pink tint on the lips. I was hoping for more pigmentation and less formula, which is far from hydrating, and only dries my lips out more, so I have to wear a lip balm underneath. This could be because there are a lot of products put into making these lipsticks. $6.00USD

I got this palette for like $99 cents at Rainbow, a discount fashion store here on the west coast. The eye shadows are pigmented, not at all chalky, and they all have small glitter specks in them. Not bad for $1.00, shadows are same size as M.A.C shadows. The only thing is that these shadows are not easy to blend, when I tried to blend them together the color rubbed off my eyes, oh poo! Using a thick eyeshadow base instead of the Urban Decay Primer Potion I used may help solve that problem.

I got two of the NYX round lip glosses in Soap Opera Queen & Sparkle. These are two of the most sparkly glosses of the collection (now discontinued).
These glosses are pretty enough to wear alone or to wear over your favorite lipstick or lip liner colors. Although the colors are pretty, I do not like the thin consistency of these gloss colors.
