This rainbow glitter nail polish has a milky base to it. In theory I know what China Glaze was trying to engineer but the execution is all wrong. The glitter is gritty and chunky against the semi-opaque base making the nail surface have a rough feel to it. Although there is loads of glitter in this polish you must apply several coats for it to be even keel on your nail. Shown above with two coats. No base and no top coat. I highly recommend a glossy top coat. Also 100% pure acetone for removal as this polish is 95% glitter.
