★bombshell beginners guide★simple blue smokey eye using eyeliner pencil (no makeup brush)

This eye look was achieved using l.a. colors "electric blue" eyeliner pencil, and false lashes. No makeup brushes were used. I used my fingers to apply concealer and smudge eye liner. Eyeliner was added to top and bottom lash line, tight line and waterline. False lashes #015 were added for dramatic effect although not required for this look, mascara or none at all would be just as fabulous. This a easy and simple look to do for a beginner who wants to dapple in color or someone who doesn't have a lot of makeup choices on hand, but still wants to look glamorous.
