Rihanna Launches Perfume! Reb'l Fleur & Commerical

Last month Rihanna began promoting her first fragrance Reb'l Fleur which is now being sold at Macy's. 1.7fl $49.00 3.4fl $59.00. It is described as a floral citrus. She also launched a 2 minute commercial which is available on youtube.

Vanessa Hair Full Lace Wig: Face Jeky

The wig I am wearing above is in the color T27/613. This wig has more 613 than 27! Waaay too blonde even for me! But I still love her just the same! Even though this says full lace, this is a lace front with 1 inch of lace in the front. Two combs in the front, one in the back as well as the adjustable straps. This is a short shoulder length style with lots of curls, very beautiful and feminine. The hair is soft, but after some wear for a couple of hours I did notice some tangling and napping at the nap.
This is a nice throw on wig but as far as longevity I don't think it's worth the $45.00 price. Of course I paid $19.99 on sale. But now the price is $29.99 still not worth it. I only got it because of the style and color. The lace is really nice thin and translucent. I give this wig a C+. It would have gotten a B but the hair quality is not so great.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick: Airy Fairy

I have seen Rimmel's Airy Fairy lipstick reviews and never really thought much of the color until I saw it for 75% off at CVS, it is one of Rimmel's lasting finish lipsticks. Don't know and don't care if it is being discontinued or not! I immediately scooped it up, and ran home to excited to try out the peachy pink beige color I had swatched on my hand in the store. On my lips I would say its a pinky beige nude with a hint of gold underneath it all. I can't really explain it, it has a frosty finish, but it looks and feels matte. A close dupe to M.A.C's Viva Glam Gaga in my book, if Viva Glam were not a lustre. I wore this lipstick all day long and let me worn you it can be drying on the lips, so I would apply a lip balm or gloss on top.

Recommendations: Great with smokey eye
Pros: Nice color, long lasting, cheap
Cons: flimsy packaging, drying
Skintones: Fair to Tan

♥Black Opal Vitamin Rich Lipsticks♥ Tropica & Black Currant

♥Review♥
These lipsticks are pigmented but not opaque, so they can go on as sheer or as bold as you would like. Tropica is a beautiful orange color, I thought it was red but it is actually a true orange which would like beautiful on most brown skin tones. The black currant lipstick I am not too impressed by, it is a classic color and it seems like I have seen it time and time again. If you are dark skin and looking for a statement lipstick, then this may be the one for you. But it does nothing against my brown skin but make me look older than I am. It is true some lipsticks can age you beyond your years and I found that out today. Besides that it is a beautiful color. The lipsticks are not trying and very moisturizing, they feel almost like a chap-stick on the lips. There is no taste or smell to them which is a plus and the lipstick tube is small enough to fit in your pocket, but still has the same amount of product as any other lipstick, with a cute little window on the top lid.
Recommendations: When wearing either of these colors, keep the eyes and the rest of the face neutral.

Mia Secret: Crackle Nail Polish (Black)

I really wanted O.P.I's Shattered, which was released with Katy Perry's Nail Polish collection but it was sold out of course. So I got what I thought was the next best thing Mia Secret. It comes in a variety of colors but I got the color Black of course, because I knew I can use a lot of bright nail polishes underneath, for this tutorial I used China Glaze Rich & Famous, which is a pretty bubble gum pink shade. I applied one coat to my thumb then applied the crackle polish, that did not go over well as it separated so did the pink, so I added a second coat of polish to the rest of my nails. That seemed to do the trick. The pink showed through much better with two coats of pink polish. You only need to apply one coat of the crackle nail polish and it begins separating very quickly so you have to work fast. It drys to a dull matte finish, so you will have to apply a top coat if you want some shine. I paid $9.00 with shipping from Amazon.com, worth every penny in my opinion. Great if you like to collect nail polishes, or just want to try something different.
Recommendations: Bright or bold nail polish underneath, shiny top coat.

Obsession: Fifth Ave Fuchsia (Maybelline Colorsensational Lipstick)

Review:
I absolutely love this color, it is pigmented and long lasting. It is the perfect blue based hot pink. Wearable for all skin tones, and not too bold. I love the packaging of these lipsticks, very sheik and modern.
Recommendations: With this lipstick, definitely keep the rest of your makeup to a minimum to avoid looking over done and ridiculous.
Skin-tones: Fair to Dark
Pros: Creamy, Long Lasting, Pigmented
Cons: That funny lipstick smell
