Because of my deep skin tone neutral or nude lipsticks never seem to look right, they are either to orange or too ashy. I found this to be true when searching for a nude lipstick on my recent trip to M.A.C I was originally there to buy the new Viva Glam, but I was not impressed with the color enough to purchase. So I feasted my eyes upon the nude and brown lipstick shades. The fabulous artist whose name I forgot, pointed several shades out which I swatched and tried amongst them were Freckletone and Hug Me. Which are both lustre finishes. Because of the finish these lipsticks are much more forgiving against my skin tone. Sheer to medium coverage.
