Recommendations
1. Use a white or light eyeshadow base underneath to help colors pop. (You can use concealer as a substitute)
2. Use an eyeshadow brush not sponge applicator to apply.
3. Do not rub onto eyelid, pack onto the eyelid to build up color.
4. Do not put glitter directly onto eyelid if you have sensitive eyes, always apply a primer first.
